Create A World can't run EIG and exporting error,

Im working on my world after finally getting a compatible copy of CAW (Thanks again G4TW), but now my EIG crashes after loading 1/3 of the way I receive a msg that says sims stopped working, and I also tried exporting the world and get export failed. Any suggestions or answers would be greatly appreciated. I've already tried clearing the caches still no luck, I also tried clearing out my mods folder. I would like to start beta testing the world and adding the lot, so as soon as someone gets a working solution please let me know. Im just about done with the landscaping but I won't be able to finish until I am able to edit in game to lay buildings and to also see how much more landscaping is needed and what is left out. As soon as I can get EIG, I will post a screen shot of Cinema City.
