i have downloaded a world but i can't access it ... i have uses cc magic but it didn't work like the sims3packs

Try this here. Is this a custom-made world or an official EA world ?

I'm not sure if I got it right, but if you have problems using CC Magic, there is a nice guide here 
However, it is also possible that the world you're trying to download has bugs, which means:
1) it can't be installed and/or 2) if it is installed, then you might get problems during playing.
