"Microsoft Software Protection Platform Service" Empty "Microsoft Software Protection Platform Service"

So i'm in a bit of a predicament here, there's this service called "Microsoft Software Protection Platform Service" which randomly goes up to 20-30% cpu usage for no reason and puts an extra workload on my PC. I found a way to disable it but there's one problem . . .it breaks my Windows 10 activator. Is there any way i can fix this?
