Anyone come across this issue and know how to fix it? I know the shiny spots in the UI has something to do with cc/skin details and I'm waiting for them to patch it. But the blacked out and missing body is what's bothering me especially because I was playing for 20 minutes and she looked completely fine and then just glitched out completely in an instant.

Most likely a broken mod/CC. Try starting a new game without any mods and see if that still happens.
