Start-up issue - Origin is not running. [SOLVED]

Hello! I've downloaded the Tiny Living stuff today, and have gone through the installation process, did all the necessary things (though my files are not in ProgramFiles (x86), just Program Files) like removing the old game folder. 

My files are all from G4TW, I run the x64bit, and it has worked up until this recent install. I have attempted reinstalling, but I'm still getting the same "Origin is running, no communication with Orange" issue. 

I've gotten both "Unable to start. Please make sure that Origin is running" with d3382ced:984c6a38:00000000:00000000

and "Application was unable to start correctly" 0xc0000142

I'm honestly at a loss as to how to fix this, so any help would be incredibly appreciated.

Try putting it in the (x86) Program Files and run as admin?

(sorry for the late reply) that did it! very odd, considering that previously, it was meant to be installed on the other program files and worked up until tiny living. thank you very much for your help

Doesn't matter if Program Files (x86) or Program Files, just as long as you don't have it in a folder "Electronic Arts". It's a glitch that happens in some systems that you get immediately after applying a new patch. I myself get it all the time, but only initially, just after applying a new update. I wait 10 seconds or so, restart the game, and it usually works then. I suppose something similar happened on your end @afterhanabi.
