Some text isn't loaded, and the sims isn't either

I installed The sims 3 and expansions:
Ambitions
Fast Lane
Generations
High End Loft
Late Night
Outdoor
Town Life
World Adventures

The complete installation was going quite smooth. But when I started it, not everything was loaded.
In some buttons there was no text and I couldn't see my own sim when I was making it.

How can I fix this>

No I don't, and I don't have any mods. I downloaded only the sims and expensions from games4theworld

I already tried that, then I restarted my pc and tried it again. But it still doesn't work.

(Assuming you do not have any savegames yet) Please try removing the "The Sims 3" folder, found in: Documents\Electronic Arts\

I tried but it didn't worked. I'll try removing everything and try it again.

Hmmm... so you're going to reinstall everything?
That seems like a good idea indeed. Please do it as follows:

1. Uninstall The Sims 3 + All expansions.
2. Download CCleaner from www.ccleaner.com and run both a normal system scan and a registry scan, to clean the registry too.
3. Restart your PC.
4. Reinstall everything following exactly these instructions: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly (DO NOT skip any steps!)
5. Test the game.
