Hi,

I recently downloaded the CAW tool for the Sims 3, but when i hit the button, edit in game, nothing happens.

Can you please help me.

i get a blue screen and i reloads the screen but it doenst load the sims 3 hellppp

Hello,

Please open your game launcher and move your mouse over the base game icon in the lower-left corner of the Sims 3 Game Launcher. The version starts with 1.xx.xx.

re-download it. In your biography I see that you can speak Dutch. I'm Dutch to

Hallo,

Als Nederlands makkelijker is, doen we dat.
Wat ik bedoel is dat u het bestand opnieuw downloadt en niet een download gebruikt die u nog van eerder op uw PC had staan.
Download het bestand alstublieft opnieuw, voor de zekerheid. (En verwijder oudere versies van het bestand van uw PC)

Hij doet het nog steeds niet, het beeld wordt blauw en the create a world tool laadt zich gewoon weer opnieuw.

Hallo,

Probeert u het volgende:
Zodra u de knop "edit in game" heeft ingedrukt en her "render' paneel word blauw sluit u de CAW-tool m.b.v. het kruisje rechtsboven. Desnoods gebruikt u het scherm taakbeheer om het programma te sluiten.
Dan kan het nog even duren, maar geef het even de tijd, en dan zou De Sims (een uitgeklede versie) moeten starten.

Hallo,

Ik heb, wanneer het renderpanel blauw wordt, de CAW-tool
afgesloten. Helaas heeft dit geen effect, de CAW-tool sluit zich
wel af, maar er gebeurt niks. Ik heb beide manieren geprobeerd
en bij beide had ik geen succes. Het renderpanel wordt nog steeds
blauw en laadt zich opnieuw.

Hallo,

Dat suggereert dat EIG al crasht voordat het zichtbaar gestart is.
Is de wereld verder helemaal klaar inclusief spawners enzo? Dan kan u de wereld ook gewoon exporteren, installeren en in het werkelijke spel de kavels bebouwen. Dat maakt het wat moeilijker om de wereld te delen, maar als het voor eigen gebruik is maakt het eigenlijk niks uit. Alleen doen als, behalve de kavels, alles af is.
Een andere optie is exporteren, installeren, alle kavels bebouwen en ieder kavel bewaren in de "library" voor het geval de EIG modus wel werkt in een volgende versie, dan zou u alle kavels alvast kunnen bouwen en ze dan later via EIG plaatsen.
Maar probeert u eerst of dit werkt.

Die manier helpt wel, het is wel wat vervelender, maar
beter iets dan niets. Hopelijk doet de EID tool het in de volgende
versie wel. Alvast bedankt!

Hallo,

Klopt het is wat lastig, maar ik doe het zelf ook zo omdat EIG toch wat makkelijker crasht als het spel zelf.
We zullen het tot dusver als opgelost beschouwen, mocht er zich bij de nieuwe versie hetzelfde probleem voordoen, dan kunt u gerust een topic openen.
