Sims 3 CD. [SOLVED]
Is it okay to play the Sims 3 with all my expansions I installed without the cd? I accidentally played Sims 3 without the cd the other day and it actually worked fine. What I'm worried about is if the data of my game will be lost for some reason if I put in the cd again. Is it still ok to play the Sims 3 cd or no cd?

Why would you want to put your game disc back in, if it's working fine without one? The disc doesn't contain any data about your savegames / gameplay, it only contains the files necessary for installing the game and preventing the "Please insert CD/DVD" error for people who have the retail version of the game.
Since you used a crack for the expansions, those will prevent the "Please insert CD/DVD" error for you. But if you really want to insert it, but you want to be 100% sure, you can always backup your savegames here: (My) Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Savegames

Oh ok got it. Thought the disc had stored game data at first but I was wrong. Thank you for the clarification.
