Sims 3 Seasons Error

I've downloaded Seasons from this site. It worked well for a while, but lately, it's been giving me error messages that I needed to insert a disc.

I have literally downloaded every fix I could find here at least twice, I looked at most of the threads concerning the problem, but nothing solved it!
The fix doesn't work and I don't know what to do!

I really want to play it. Can anyone help me, please?

Admin, it's not working! I followed every step, but nothing worked!

What did you change before it started doing this?

I added custom content right before the problem occurred. I've deleted it and haven't added anything custom since then.

Sorry for the late reply!
Two things:

- Did you download your base game via Origin?
- Try backing up and removing this folder completely: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\

But did you buy it via Origin or on DVD?

Why, I'd bought it via Origin.

And where did you place the crack? It doesn't go in the normal folder if the base game was installed with Origin.

Goes in the same place. Mine is from Origin too and I've not had any issues for years.

Actually, the crack should be placed in C:\Program Files(x64)\Origin Games\Sims 3\Game\Bin if you have it installed through Origin. Otherwise the game will be reading the game files from Origin, and usually that causes a lot of issues. There are rare cases, however.
