Career Outfit Nude Sim Empty Career Outfit Nude Sim

I have a purchased base game and all of the expansions from games4theworld. I went to the dresser to change the career outfit and the editor opened. My sim was not shown in front of the mirror but I clicked career to see if it would populate. There were no options or outfits shown so I exited as it appeared to be malfunctioning. To my surprise my sim was nude with no blur and I can't explain why and can not get her to wear career clothes. She is in the singer profession and is performing in her naked barbie attire. Can anyone help me out here?
