Cant get this outfit to work

any ideas on how to fix this " http://sims3s.ru/clothes-gym.php " i really like it and when i try to use it my sim goes a solid color idk where else to ask for help and the site is hard for me to understand. I looked at it, and didn't have a well enough google translator built into chrome to really assist me where I should see it.

Also I haven't played around with sims enough to figure out the whole chaining paint/color on stuff, so didn't think I would have been of help posting something.

I opened the package, and it appears they didn't create it properly. All clothing has to have a texture called Clothing Specular, which decides how the clothing looks - and the athletic outfit didn't have one.
Here's a picture of the athletic outfit's package opened - the dress on the left has the Clothing Specular texture, while the athletic one doesn't, which is why it's just showing up as a full body color.
Maybe try getting in touch with the owner of the site, if you can. Hopefully they speak English and you can let them know they packaged it improperly.

Heh, I notice the person posted the link to their website and this item on quite a few other sites also.
