Set up error. [SOLVED]

I downloaded the updated ultimate fix. When I tried to install the manual patch it I get an error:
setup\setup.cpp (140)
Dont know what this is...I have never encountered this before. What can I do?

Try to redownload the manual patch and try to use a Download Manager if possible to avoid errors on your downloaded files.

Try RE-DOWNLOADING the manual patch from step 2 using a different browser, please: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly (Remove the old one)

I do not recommend using a download manager though.

Yeah just try to use a different browser i just recommended a Download Manager Since i have a Slow Connection here lol. But still your choice.
