Game crashes when i'm making a second sim Empty Game crashes when i'm making a second sim

So i created my first sim fine but halfway through creating the second one the game crashes any idea how to fix it? Also crashes when i save my houses

Sorry i don't check this often, I've turned all my custom contents off and it still freezes

Is it only freezing while making the second sim, or is it after you've been in create a sim for a certain amount of time?

Also, how exactly did you "turn off" your custom content?

Always when i'm making the second sim and i went to installed contents and clicked the run without custom contents

Ok, well backup and remove "documents/electronic arts/sims 3" to completely remove them. Checking that box can cause more issues than it usually fixes.

You have made sure to correctly apply the "Ultimate fix" ? The latest version is available here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems

What about your graphics card drivers ? Are you sure they are up-to-date ?

More generally about crashing, have a look at this here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t857-the-sims-3-crashes-freezes-to-desktop-fix-updated-on-29-09-2012

Also, after every crash, (in Windows) go to My Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 and delete the contents of the folder "Currentgame.sims3", BEFORE restarting the game.
