A bit confused by the instruction guide of how to install store content

The instructions says I have to download the Mod folders and so on. Copy the Mod folder and then put the .package files of store packages into the Mod folder. The question is which .package files and where can i find all of them? Confused! If anyone knows what the instructions illustrate. Please help!

Yes, if the account is OPENED again, I 've just have to prepare to install some packages and use the store fix. But I don't really understand the instructions! BUUP
