unable to save family

hi,
i need help, i have some problem saving my family to the bin, porter doesnt work, it says unable to export packed family, why is that? ive tried searching the forum before posting, but i couldnt find anything, if u guys could post the link it would be great. ive also tried to remove mods file, nothing happen. also tried moving the sims 3 folder so it generates new one is also the same, help please

Hi. Im not getting any error. And yes i can save other family not mine. I dont know whu. My file size is only 57.2 mb

i think its the problem , u know the icon of the sims at the bottom left, one of my horse image doesnt show, the shape of the horse is there but its black, and when i resetsim the horse, i dont know where it goes

Hello,
That's odd. Have you tried to export the family without the horse? I think you could remove the horse from your family with Master Controller. Backup your savegame first though.
You could also try a hard-reset of just the horse with Master Controller.

Perhaps someone else can have a look at your save file and/or try to export the family? Having someone else look at the file worked out pretty well last time if I remember correctly.
I'd be happy to have a look, but I don't have all EP/SP's so that may not work that well.
