Sims 3 University Install Erorr

Hey, when I attempted to open Sims3EP09Setup.exe in 7Zip I got this error:

@Windows Vista Service Pack 1 (7601)
IE Version: 9.0.8112.16421
I'm trying to do this on Window 7, if it makes a difference, and trying to put the expansion onto a WinMac version the The Sims 3 Base game. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.

Just extract the rar files on WinRAR. We discourage others, because others can mess it.
