about warning message. [SOLVED]

I was warned by message when I ran the game.
That message said I setup an unofficial game and I may experience the severe bugs.
I know this is not official game, but I havn't met this message before.
Is this normal? or abnormal?

I noticed problem was caused by slider hack that isn't matched with game version.

It is definitely abnormal! DO u have any mods/CC?
