TS3W.exe Appcrash

Hi,
I've already applied the Ultimate Fix(I redownloaded today), moved the custom content folder from Documents, did the DEP thing. Followed all https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t857-the-sims-3-crashes-freezes-to-desktop-fix-updated-on-29-09-2012
and https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
still crashing. I can make it crash when I try to scroll out of my lot, and it will randomly crash after a few min if I'm using build or buy mode. I have read through the other threads with "TS3W" in them and nothing has worked.
I don't have any mods or anything, not sure what's going on but this is what windows says:
