Sims medieval error Empty Sims medieval error

Okay so i've had the sims medieval and its been working fine, and then ive updated it to the latest version and so it works fine, until im playing the game and as soon as i touch the screen or click something the game will shut off and when it has a notice will pop on my screen stating "SimsMedievalLauncher has stopped working"
what do i do? Question

Did you apply this fix:https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t916-the-sims-medieval-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems ?

If not, please do so first and tell me the result here.
