Games crashes, mostly in CAS, extremely annoying!

So my game has this very annoying thing it does when I play. It will start that annoying little blue circle in windows 7 when there is a problem. Then it will fix itself. After that it loads and when I try and go into CAS it will work and continue doing that until it finally just stops all together and crashes. I've moved all my CC and such. For some reason I think it has something to do with the mastercontroller but I really don't want to get rid of them. I don't know if it is maybe conflicting with something? Anyone know what it could be having an issue with and what I could do to fix it?

If you suspect it's the MasterController then I'm guessing you removed all your CC and the game stopped crashing, mention that next time.

I doubt it's the MasterController, since it doesn't actually modify anything.

Anyway there's not enough info there to go by, but post a list of all your mods, expansions and their versions and I'll try to take a guess.

I have quite a few sliders for pets but it crashes on both CAP and CAS

Umm... yeah that's a lot less CC than I expected lol. And the expansions are up to date...

None of those files strike me as possibly problematic, what does csnopetscelebrations do?

Haha I have some stuff for horses but it's all just CAP things. Different bridles in such. I already tried those and they were already fine but those are my mods. I try and keep them minimum haha

The csnopetscelebrations is supposed to stop your sims from celebrating the birth of like a new foal, or a litter. It's EXTREMELY annoying when they do that because they refuse to stop and that's all they will do.

Sadly the CAS families money I know hasn't been updated in quite a while. This is a brand new comp so when I put all my CC i made sure pretty much everything was updated.

I would take all the mods out again, and test the game adding them in one by one, since you have so few.

Alright found another problem. Saving.....saving....saving...saving....saving and guess what? still saving? yup

Now it says to please insert the university disc....

I did that and it just keeps crashing.

I tried that and it still crashed after a while.

I did number two.

My system is a 64 bit

I also lowered my settings.

Still no change

I am running with mods

Yes I did refresh the folder. Still crashes in CAS.

Hm, seems to me you have the same error as me with the CAS mod of continous saving. I'm looking into it immediately now you have the same problem as it must be something to do with Sims 3 or the fixes as it has happened to both. I have similar specs with a Windows 7 laptop and 64 bit.
I will try uninstalling University Life as this is when my problem started and update you immediately.

Hello! I would like to ask have you removed both Custom Content and Mods then creating a sim? This was one issue for me in the past. Broken CC or Mods can conflict in the game and will mean you can't save.

I haven't removed the custom content but I did remove the mods previously. So I will have to try that.

I just thought of something a tad odd I have noticed. If I take my cursor towards the pet in CAS is when it crashes most often. Like when I leave the panel that has everything. Or if I spend more then a few minutes in it. Also it tends to do it more in accessories
