I looked at your other thread and I did the updating the driver and it still looks the same.
even did the deleting the caches and doing the ultimate fix.
so heres my computer info:

Hello,
To be honest, your graphicscard may not be good enough. Your screenshot looks a little choppy so assuming your in-game graphics settings are on "low", you can also try tweaking those settings.
If that doesn't help, or it makes the game unplayable, you can turn snow off as a weather option, or accept that it looks like this.
Or, upgrade to a better graphicscard. You don't need the latest model, so it doesn't have to be expensive.
