graphics problems with sims 3 season

hi every one i need help pleeeeeease my sims3 season crash and wen i check it with The Sims 3 Crash Log Analyzer that tell me insuffisante graphics capability so i do the test of "can you run this game" and thy tell me that i can and this is my pc information

Hello,

It looks like you have a graphics chip in stead of a graphics card. They're a little more difficult to work with, but usually are manageable. Start by making sure you have the latest drivers, but also put all graphics settings on low and uncheck options like reflections and animation smoothing.

I do every thinks and i do have the latest drivers but the weird think is that i can play for a while after installing season then the problems begin i don't now what to do and if i deinstall some think can that help for moor graphics space please i m hopeless and one other problem came out my last Crash Log Analyzer tell me

Please check back in a few hours, Admin may be back then.

Personally I think that you may want to try lowering your graphics settings. Crashing is not uncommon, you can try to fix it with the possible options here.

my problem appear with season and never before, for the first time i played season in the normal setting every things is OK no freeze no crash then when i want to move to an other world i can create a sim and i can build just when i move to the play mod my game freeze and i have to restart my PC and do the check with the Crash Log Analyzer it tell me :

Hello,

I had the same thing in Hidden Springs. Then I tried a custom world that doesn't have a lot of sims and there's a significant difference.
As long as you don't have conflicting mods/cc and tried all of the options here, I'd recommend you sit tight (in Moonlight Falls) until, hopefully, a patch solves the many crashing issues.

so i reinstall my game like i sad before and i can play for tow days no freezing no crashing but yesterday my game crash for the first time since i reinstall it with the same graphics crash error so gays i need to now if it is a probleme related to my graphics chipset ( Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family) or it is from the game it self ....

You're welcome Smile

I think it's a little bit of both, there are still many issues with this expansion, but it could also be your graphics chip.
Since you're on a laptop, see to it that it doesn't overheat. Don't put it on your lap and preferably not on a solid surface either. The best way to keep it cool would be a cooler, but ensuring room for ventilation under your laptop might make all the difference.
