Cant build new house

I made A few sims and wanted to split them up and create a new house for those sims. I made the house 3 times and when i tried to save, the game crashes. Then i went in to CAS and put these new sims on the lot. I built their house and same thing, it crashed when i saved it. Please help!! this is why i play sims

Check your MODs and CC.

If that's not it, then just simply "kick out" the extra sims you don't want in the active household and place those "kicked out" into a random house.

See if our game saves, if not, then you have other issues. If it does save, the next time you play, select the previous "kicked out" Sims and edit the house/lot they are on.
