Sims 3 External Creation Programs

I'm not too sure if such programs exist, but this would be the place to find out!

I would like a program where I can make LOTS for my Sims3, without having to go through all the screens and load time to finally get to edit town.

On the same note, I would like a program where I can make SIMS for Sims3 without loading the game and then going to CAS.

Does anyone know if there are such programs? If so, what are the names and where can I find them? If not,

I'm not too sure about the others, but a separate app for creating Sims exists. Just google it...
Of course you need to buy it from EA, as of now, but that means there's potential for a crack
Not too sure how it detects the expansions and CC you have though...

@Shamrock: The only thing I found on google was reference to CAS, nothing external nor Independent from CAS.

@Admin: Nope. I already use the Create-a-world tool since you told me about it a long time ago. I been searching for a program that would just let me create the lots so I can build houses or community buildings without going through the complete loading of the Sims Game.

Thank you. I guess it helps putting the correct wording in the search bar. After reading the forum, there were 3 folks that didn't had good things to say about it. One even states that it's just basically a rip of CAS that's not upgradable and only contain the base game Contents.

I agree! You know how much time and frustration an external app like that would save us! The loading time alone would be worth it.
