Package files wont work![SOLVED]

I recently downloaded Seasons, Generations, and Late Night...but heres the problem. NONE of my package files show up in the game anymore. My store content, and launcher downloads still show up, but not my package CC.

I think they changed how resource.cfg work. Do you have this: http://chii.modthesims.info/FrameworkSetup.zip ?
