Hello,
Are you using mods? If you are, see if you can make it work by disabling them for the moment (by moving the mods folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3).
Also, if you can, go back to before she went to the hospital and prevent her from going there.

Hello,
Ok, go to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves, and find your save game. Drag it's folder out of the Saves folder, and find yoursavegame.sims3.backup and rename it to yoursavegame.sims3, and see if that takes you back to before your sim was due. That may loose you a little progress, but usually not much.

Petrilutza, you could also install the NRAAS Master Controller and try using the various reset options. For example click on the city hall, then NRAAS/Master controller and search for an option called "Reset all".
Another thing: if you realise that something is wrong with your savegame, you should NOT save, even if you lose some progress.

Alright, I hope you didn't save this time ?
Unless LadyElDi, invalidusername or someone else can come up with something miraculous, I'm afraid your savegame is corrupted.
One thing you could try though is to go into "Edit town" and see if you can move your family out of the lot. If you can, move them back in again.

Is the game giving you any errors?
I had a similar problem once, and ended up having to save the family to the bin, and move them to a different town for the mother to go back to normal. So I would try that.
Also, what is your base game version? This issue popped up for me back when Seasons was first released, something messed up with a season change during her pregnancy, is my thought.

I know that your problem must be annoying but you should edit your one post instead of posting multiple times

Alright then; unless you have an earlier backup of your savegame, you probably have to start a new game.
I can't stress this enough (and I'll probably have to stress this up to the future), but you folks should make sure to back up your save regularly (depending on how often you actually play) on a USB stick, external hard drives or whatever. So in case of an emergency you can put the backup back into the game.
That said, I wouldn't completely delete your (possibly corrupt ?) save. Back it up somewhere, maybe sometime later you come across a solution for your problem, but as far as I'm concerned at the moment, I'm afraid I've reached the "end of the line"

Don't kill her quite yet. Do you still have master controller installed? If so, also grab this. Now, under Advanced, when clicking the active & pregnant woman, choose end pregnancy. This should work properly and just basically reset her without a baby. You can then either save, or test the game out for a bit to see if it actually worked.
