Game doesn't launch! HELP!

Hi :newfag:
I just installed the sims 3 supernatural then I replaced the crack with the TS3W and TSLHost files in the game. when I wanted to launch the game, this message appeared: please enter the entire registration code found either in your confirmation email, your game manual/product packaging, or game card.
Please help me. what should I do?

I followed the steps but it didn't launch again. I've updated the game to the latest version and cracked the base game successfully. I mean before I installed the sims supernatural, I could launch the base game, but after that, I couldn't.

It needs serial code: "please enter the entire registration code found either in your confirmation email, your game manual/product packaging, or game card."

Well, first I install the sims supernatural setup. then I copy & paste the crack files, and my base game is up to date and have been cracked successfully.

First I had The sims 3 and I installed The sims supernatural. then I installed the game update, then I copied the TSLHost.dll and the TS3W.exe files to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin
but I got that error again.

If you open the game launcher, and look at the icons at the bottom, is the one for Supernatural dull, or bright?

Hello,
It's rather weird, this suggests that you only have the base installed yet SN shows up in your launcher. Or a missing/wrong crack, which is also not true.
I'd suggest reinstalling the expansion.
Do it like this: Uninstall, restart PC, reinstall, apply manual patch and the crack from the fix.
