Help Please installed sims 3 base game but launcher doesnt work... [CLOSED]

not sure its because i have not put in the crack because i plan on installing other expansion packs?? which im going to do right now, also on my utorrents the sims file i just installed it stoped seeding and now its in red and it says Error:files missing from...jo(i cant read the rest) is this normal?

it also says while installing a expansion pack that it needs the sims 3
base game? is this normal? will it go away after doing the fix?
