Cant install EPs

im trying to download the katy perry EP, I follow all steps, but after this step "[1] Select the .dmg image you created in Part 2, and open the Installer" . I click on the installer and nothing happens, please help!!!

P.S This is my first EP, I just havent been able to figure them out. please guide me threw!

Hi there, it is possible that your .dmg maybe corrupted in the process.
If you can please remake the dmg file, and try it again.

--- Did you update your launcher to the current version 1.67?

I downloaded with utorrent
-extracted with rarosx 5.1.0
-created new image with disk utility
-saved as katy perry into sims 3 file
size 2.5 GB
Image format read/write ect. as followed in instructions
-copy and pasted katy perry files into katyperry.dmg 
-opened, clicked on sims 3 katy parry installer
-nothing happened

I think I found the problem. I think the program you used "rarosx 5.1.0"  probably did not extract the files correctly!
So it could be missing some stuff, I recommend you extract it with "Stuffit Expander ". It's a free program, and it's reliable.

yes it worked thank you!! for destination selected, in what file do i install the ep into?

For the destination part, it should be where the sims 3 app file is located.
