Install Problem! Sims 3 University Life. [CLOSED]

Hi,

I have just download University Life (Sims 3) and unpacked it.
After doing this I incur an error before the installer appears.
It reads: "

Any help?
I also have inline to download Sims 3 Generations/Master Suite Stuff/Seasons from your website.
I just would like to get one problem fixed before another occurs.

Hello there,

Please open the .rar file you downloaded using only WinRAR, which can be downloaded from www.games4theworld.org . (If you use any other software than WinRAR, like WinZip or 7-Zip, the files will usually get messed up!)
After opening the .rar file using WinRAR, select all the files in it and drag & drop them to an empty folder on your Desktop. When the extraction has finished, close the .rar file and open the folder on your Desktop. Now start by reading the included "# Installation Guide.txt", and you should be able to get the game to work yourself.

Wow!!! Great support. I hadn't even came off of the page. Ok. I will try using WinRAR. I use 7-Zip. If that doesn't work I will download the torrent using another browser.

At first I used express files then uTorrent.

OK, forget that thing with the "different browser" . I thought you downloaded the stuff from somewhere with an internet browser.

Wow!!! You guys are amazing!!! Ahh, thanks so much! I will definitely start to download the other expansion packs and I'll tell my friends to have a look too.
I have it installed so I will repost if I have any problems in-game.

Ok I have found only one in-game problem so far - when returning home from university the sim does not go back to my 'home' town, the sim stays at the university.
Any ideas?

Hmmm... I think I'll pass this one, as I don't know much about in-game issues. You could try backing up and removing this folder completely: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\ , but then you'll have to start a new in-game family and test it.

Besides, have you tried the "resetsim [SIM NAME]" cheat? Try it!
If that didn't work, I'll have someone else take a look at your topic as soon as possible.

Im not able to get onto the Sims 3 at the moment having a few graphic issues. (As you know).
