University Problem

Okay,I have The sims 3 with all expansions .I downloaded all with Games4theworld.
And so far I have not had any problems, but when I installed the university life problems began.
when you turn on the bonfire, it did not look or play as a witch with magic nothing comes out. Not even what you think you do not see anything in that balloon

Did you update your store fixes and also clear your cache?
