Sims 3 University problem

For a few days ive been trying to install sims 3 university. I install the sims 3 base correctly then i manually patch it then i install sims 3 university and apply cracks but every time i try to start the game it gives me this error " unable to start game service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb) " ive tried the ultimate fix, ive tried downloading another torrent, i even re-installed it like 4 times. Could you guys help me out please? ( please no answers that ask me to go on ultimate fix and follow the directions because i have done that already"
