Asking For Supernatural Problem ~

1)Is there anybody here can tell me that the supernatural expansion need the late night expansion to play ?

2)i can't play the sims 3 after i install the supernatural expansion which i only install Seasons and University life

3)the problem after i install the supernatural is when i open the launcher and its come out with "there was an error during startup the game ,please see the log----"

could sombody please help ~

1) Those expansions are different, and work separately. In case both are installed the vampire system of Late Night is overwritten, but you can have one without the other.
2) and 3) Trying to debug through Chatbox...

They were released in this order:

-The Sims 3
-Supernatural
-Seasons
-University Life

Try reinstalling everything in that order.

Well, no. This is not because of the sequences of the release dates of the base game and the eps that cause the problem. U can install the base game first and then install eps in different order. I check it in EA and other forums that prove the case.

it doesnt work after i do the following steps , i try reinstalling the based game and see how it could work .
the based game is v1.50 but the university life is 0.0.0.0

1)when i copy the ultimate fix #crack into the file,it shows error during startup,please read the log

2)another situation is the expansion i install didnt show up when i open the launcher and the game also cannot be start after i apply the University crack file

and now the university life already shows up in v18.....

and everything just work fine after i uninstall the supernatural ~ is there any other solution so i can play with supernatural expansion ~?

will be the SKU in regedit a problem or other problem causing it happen?

Please try not to double post but edit your topics like I did...

Sorry the debugging on the Chat didn't help.
Here's what I suggest:

1. Uninstall Supernatural
   
2. Uninstall University
   
3. Clean your registry (use CCleaner)
   
4. Restart your computer
   
5. Get the lastest Ultimate Fix
   
6. Take files from every folder that has the name of a game that you have installed, and copy/paste the files (except the Crack folder)
   
7. Open the Launcher and check for updates (if there are, update your game, if not it's fine)
   
8. Install Supernatural
   
9. Open the Launcher, and check for updates again
   
10. Install University
    
11. Copy/paste the files from the Crack folder of the Ultimate Fix
    
12. Start the game
    

Let us know the result...

i try to do it from start .

i uninstall everything den after i install the based game , when i want to install supernatural it wont allow.

so i wait it to auto update and press the refresh but there is nothing.

then i install the v1.50 path and install the supernatural again but the result are same .

i think i have to download and install other expansion first ?
or the based game /eadm/origin have problem ?

Did you clean the registry after uninstalling? And restarted your computer?

yep , i now trying install Late night expansion and its auto update before installing.

im confusing what the problem is ~ before mine based game can auto update when open the launcher and after i format my computer i download the new one and it cant work ~

i think it actually need late night to perform the update ~ the auto update is now working properly ~
i update here if the supernatural still cannot work ~

Where did you get Supernatural from?

forget already ~ got two here .. one the file is name with 3DM and another is from chinese website ~ could it be the regedit couse the problem ?

mine supernatural product id is 0x000000f(15)
sku 0x00000007

Ok download Supernatural from G4TW. You can find a torrent on PirateBay.
Then try with that copy. Maybe the one you have is corrupted somehow...

Yeah , the supernatural is working after download and install the new file .
The others did'nt try yet. Find you again if there is any problem ~ haha
