Sims 3 supernatural problem. [SOLVED]

I've download Sims 3 supernatural but the installation guide says that i've to put "TSW.exe" and the "TSLHost.dll" file in there to exactly:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin

But here's my problem i can't find Game\Bin
I hope you can help. Further i've installed the game correctly.

I have to use electronic arts but there is see no map with the name game or something.

So you bought the DVD in stores? Does it happen to be a pirated/copied disc?

Yes i bought it in the store, a toystore, i don't think they copied it.
Maybe i've to download sims 3 ? then maybe i've the map ?
