cant control my sims hELP!!!!

since i install the univerity after few sims days i can not control my sim 1 at first. i cant make him eat,sleep,etc. i only can use some stuffs from my bag (not the mobile phone) now i cant control my second sim...what is going on! why does it happen....i am so sad can anyone help me plzzz;

i used to log in online on my game but sudenly i cant it says password or email not recnorized (sorry for my english) in sims 3 page i do log in the same with the sims 3 launcher, but in game not. why should i reinstall all from start and instal it again; nad should i find the updates and the fixes from all or only the last...u r my last hope...

Or, Try to backup the sims 3 folder in document in C: and start the application again. If works, put the saved world back into the new sims 3 folder.

Cezra I will try thanks. When the first don't work should I remove all the mods file? And what about some fixes document that need mode file? What r u mean to backup how can I do it. Sorry for disturbing u with questions.
Cat2006house I will make u the same question how can I backup? Should I remove all ea file? And put it on c: path and than starting the game; and than....I lost it :$ sorry I am good in pc but sometimes I feel to stupid...

hi i had to reinstall all games and i install it again. now that i dont have the mods file, is all ok thank good. mods file does bring most problem for the game. thnks everyone for help.

yes it but i had to delede mods folder. in a while i will format my lap top and will fix some issues. normal is 64bit but a friend did it 32 with no particions. we will try to format , in 64 bit and in 3 partitions (system, games, folders)... and i hope i will no more have many of my problems. the sad thing is that i do not have anywhere to save the games and stuffs so i have to delete everything and download again....i hope that mediafire will be open again to download until then.
hope sims 4 doesnt have so much bugs(did i write it right;) cant wait for island paradise. i want an opinion. should i download dragon valley; with aurora was i not so enthusiastic it had only 2-3 good stuffs. the world was ont so good for me(just my opinion)
