Sure, that's no problem at all.
I had both mods at some point, removed Master controller because my pc is old and slow and I had to make a selection, but yeah they work together.
I would've been surprised if they wouldn't.

Somewhere on the NRaas boards, Twallan's written that all of his mods are compatible with eachother..
---
Actually, I was off a bit.. This is from an faq of his:

Q: Are these "core-mods"? And can I only install one at a time?

A: These are not core mods, and the Highlander rule of "There can be only one" does not apply to them.

You can install as many of these mods as you wish, as most are completely compatible with each other (barring a few exceptions)

The only core-mod that I maintain are UntranslatedKey and ErrorTrap. Both of these mods are compatible with the major custom Cores currently available.
