Quit or Continue. [SOLVED]

When the Unofficial game modification window appears I click continue then after a long black screen I see the game minimized and click it. And it's working: I can edit town and create sims, but when I enter a house I get to play about 1 minute and it crashes.
(I mean I need to press ctrl alt del because the 'Sims 3 has stopped working' window is someow under the game and I can't see it)
What should I do?

I applied the fix.
And when I opened the launcher it was at a wrong version and down it showed like I didn't have base game and generations installed.
However in the fix at that part with 'replace'... in my game/bin generations folder I didn't have what to replace. The files are missing.
And... Is Outdoor Living Stuff required?

Im currently experiencing the same problem. Ive got the fix applied aswell and its showing as if Ambitions and Late Night are the only ones installed. :S I try to run the game, I get black screen too.

Yes, I understand what you guys mean. I don't have a direct fix for it now, but I'm experimenting with it via TeamViewer.
I'll post a new post when I have more information.
