Yes, I'm wondering how I can copy and paste the files to the game directory and where/what the game directory is?

Hello,

The game directory should be located here by default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Activision\Modern Warfare 2\

You know you're in the right place if it tells you the files already exist. Just choose "Copy and replace".
