What does the red and the green on the Request List (https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1-all-current-requests-read-this-first-please) mean? I am assuming that Green means that it has been uploaded. But what does the red mean?

Green means you can download it, red means that Admin for some reason thinks highly of Rockstar and won't jeopardize GTA IV's sales by the slightest.

Ether that or he can't crack it. It still uses SecuROM I think, not sure about the Steam versions but the rest use SecuROM.
