Sims 3 launch problem...? [SOLVED]
Hi
I were trying some hours to get into sims 3 but do I need to crack the game and patch?
I did both but it's still saying when I launch 'Enter your registration code'
What do I do?
Reply soon

Welcome to the forum @MilosGamerSRB,
You need to have at least one of the other expansions or stuffpacks installed, in addition to the base game. Otherwise the #Crack won't work. See the steps in this guide for more details:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
Good luck for now and do keep us posted if you like.
P.S. it doesn't matter which of the expansions/stuffpacks you add, as long as you add something...

Do I crack before or after installing expansion? Do I need to patch to 1.6.7?

MilosGamerSRB wrote:Do I crack before or after installing expansion? Do I need to patch to 1.6.7?
Yes, patch the base game first (with the 1.67 patch), install an expansion/stuffpack, then apply the Ultimate fix according to the guide I linked to before.

You did not read or overlooked the guide that I mentioned in my first reply. But I re-uploaded the crack-here:
https://goo.gl/7iw5Zv
Extract again with WinRAR. Copy and paste both files into the C:\Program files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin sub-directory. Replace the existing files when prompted. Then try the game again.

Do I crack TS3W.exe to all expansions and base game?

You only need to apply the crack to the base game, and nowhere else. Again, the correct location is C:\Program files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin.

Hi there, @MilosGamerSRB!
There may be no need. But just to make sure, after installing any other Expansion Packs you want, apply the Ultimate Fix again (just copying the two files from the # Crack folder to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin, if you installed it in the default location).
Do let us know how it goes though. Good luck!

Hello and welcome to the G4TW forum,
sorry to hear about your problems. Try this guide and if it doesn't solve your problems reply: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t22999-the-sims-3-optimization-guide
May you press the Windows key + R on your keyboard ? In the small window that comes up then, type dxdiag and hit enter. Now wait a little while. Go to the tab named Display, in the window that comes up. It must be the Display-tab. Please make a screenshot of the tab and post it here so that we can have a look at it. We will then see further if you still have problems after following guide.

@MilosGamerSRB, I merged all your posts into a single thread, and put your crash log into a "spoiler" for easier readability. If you have questions about just one specific game, please try keeping all discussions in only one thread instead of opening multiple topics. Unless you are told otherwise by a Moderator of course.
That said, try the "DEP fix" mentioned in this guide here. The one about "Data Execution Prevention".
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t857-the-sims-3-crashes-freezes-to-desktop-fix-updated-on-30-01-2015
I think it's also mentioned in that "optimization guide" from @simmer_tony, under 4. Maybe the DEP fix can remedy your freezing issues.

Hi there, @MilosGamerSRB!
There's no need to follow any of the installation guides that are included with the torrents. The only guide you need to follow is this:
https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly
To install the Expansion Packs, just run the Setup and input the serial key that is found on the installation guide. Ignore the rest of the guide and just continue with the next step (the Ultimate Fix).
Do let us know how it goes. Good luck!

Also ignore those instructions. The guides that are included in all of them, to be exact. You only need the guide that I linked on the previous reply.
