The Sims 3 Installation problem (version problem i quess) [SOLVED]

Plz i need help.

I was going to install The Sims 3 but when i start the setup i got error.

The setup has detected that version 1.17.060 of The Sims 3 is already installed.
The setup installs an earlier version of The sims 3 (1.0.631).


I have searched in regedit and there is no Sims 3 files, maybe but i dont think so.
It is because i delete the The sims 3 main folder manually guz uninstaller took too long


I will be so thankful if someone can help my. Please my Sims waits my
