World Building - Paradise

Hi,
Does anyone know if you can build your own world in sims3 paradise and still have all the features?

Using Create-A-World, if you own the game you're a dummy I think it gets updated automatically with your expansion's features. If not IDK, but there are bound to be torrents for the latest version.
