Building lot (a lot of time!) Empty Building lot (a lot of time!)

Hello guys!

I have just installed all the sims 4 packs, just like the guide said.

So I opent the game and installed the lama restaurant, but after 30 minutes, it is still building the lot.
Is it normal that this take so much time? Or is it because I run the game for the first time?
