STUPID is the only trait available (with Generations) and its too buggy to play. [SOLVED]

i downloaded and installed fine. got that whole notice about modifications blah blah and hit continue. created a person fine except the only trait available is "stupid"!! wth? so i load an existing family of mine and its totally buggy. they won't interact, can't do a damn thing. so what now? i applied the correct cracks, followed the ultimate fix, updated, and even tweaked the DEP. i don't know what else to do, and i don't see how uninstalling and reinstalling everything will do anything, it'll just be a waste of time. well that and i can't seem to find my base game file... but still. help please!!

That your characters can't interact, seems to be an in-game problem from EA's side. You can't (Neither can I) do much about it, other than waiting for EA to patch the problem. ... Which is probably going to take a (looong) while.

I think if you follow my advice not gonna have problems white the game.

The Sims 3 + all expansion and sfutt need to be downloaded from this site .

Uninstal all The Sims 3 Base game + Expansion and Stuff..

1. Install The Sims 3 no updating or cracking
2. Install The Sims 3 Generations and update
3. Install All the other expansions and stuff
4. Copy The_Sims_3_fix # Crack in The Sims 3 Base game folder, talking about the # Crack folder no Generation or Base game
5. Open The Sims 3 World Adventure and update [last version 8.0.152.011001]
6. Copy The_Sims_3_fix # Crack in the Base game folder, # Crack folder no Generation or Base game

Works 100% , Good luck and have a nice game .

Identity, like Admin said, its likely a bug, not an install error. This likely won't be fixed until EA releases a patch.

Thank you for expressing my exact thoughts. Especially when people are already providing assistance to other members. This kind of posting is basically spam and simply frustrates others. That and it simply does not help. Each thread requires unique assistance. If you only provide one answer you will never get anywhere.
