Feeling really stupid...HELP!!! [SOLVED]

from you guys downloaded the ultimate fix and watched the YouTube video and everything worked out GREAT!
until****
the update accidentally click update and all hell broke loose. Got an error message messed something up went back watched YouTube, checked forum, YouTube again couldn't get the Sims-launcher to open so i uninstalled:

Diesel Stuff
Supernatural

and figured since im starting over i should go big or go home so i downloaded the following:
(INSTALLED IN THIS ORDER)
Outdoor Living
Showtime
Sweet Treats
Diesel Stuff
Supernatural

followed the same steps from the YouTube video couldn't get the Sims-launcher to open, downloaded the manual patch 1.39 an STILL Cant GET IT TO PLAY or the SIMS-LAUNCHER to open

tried the FOLLOWED EVERY STEPS GUIDE still wont open
i get the windows 7 circle of thinking until i restart my computer

help!!!

nope just the windows spinning circle of thinking and it stayed that way until i restarted my computer, when i open the task menu its there in the process tree, but not on the application window but it wont open and when i try to bypass and make it open its just a black screen nothing happens.

YES I DID !!!! AND NOTHING IS WORKING AND WHAT MAKES IT SO BAD I JUST BROUGHT A BUNCH OF STUFF FOR MY SIMS grrrrrrrr
