It doesn't matter if you have only one of these or all of these, use it anyways. This file goes into your regular mods  folder. If you use packages then this must be in the overrides folder

That is what mention at there.

Is these thing can fix the duke of bows renaissance faire problem and piano serenade bug ?

Send an e-mail with "Requesting The Sims 3 Store Fixes" in the subject line to: Games4theworld@hotmail.com , we'll send you the files manually, until our new MediaFire alternative is up.

 That's why we grabbed the relevant ones and made them into "Games4theworld style", also known as "the Store Fixes".
