Showtime Sims Problem

Help! i have been trying to download the showtime EP for days. It finally finished but when I tried to open on my MAC it was a .rar file. I downloaded winzip and unzipped all files. I realize now I was noqsupposed to open the setup.exe and follow install directions but I cant! When i open it up all it has is @(*#&^$ stuff like that. I have tried just clicking on sims ep6 installer but nothing will open. Am I doing something wrong? Is it not made for MAC? please advise!

Are you sure you followed the Mac guide to the letter?

No, that's the problem, I can't even get that far. I see the icon to install sims show time, double click, then nothing happens. I can't follow the directions if I can't even get it installed.

Hello,

Did you succesfully create a .dmg file? And be sure to open the file you downloaded with StuffIt expander, and create a new .dmg as the Tuturial explains and put the file in it.
