problem with options

Hello, I'm really new on this forum but before posting I tried looking for an answer or something, and I found the ultimate fix. My game didn't work it was saying that the disc wasn't in there or the screen goes black with just a white mouse on it. So I tried the ultimate fix and the game started. I though everything was okay but, they said that they couldn't find my video card or something. I clicked ok and when I go in options, there's empty blue cases. I can't start a new save, I can't choose a town etc... I can't even close the game from there.
Before everything, I bough the base game, world adventure, ambitions, late night, generations, pets, supernatural and seasons. I lose some of the series code of them so I downloaded them from your site, and everything worked ! But by wanting to reinstal world adventure, I did a wrong manip apparently and my game didn't work anymore.. So I retired all the cc, mods etc but it still didn't work. Aaand I desinstalled, reinstalled billions times my games and now I'm here. I'm really sorry for bothering and the long post but, please someone help... :/

It seems that the WA EP is corrupted. For a clean reinstallation, you can read this. Where did you put the crack in?

Well here they said to do not touch the crack folder so I didn't use it

Oh okay, sorry. I put it in were they said to put it, in the world adventure/game/bin file, in the les sims 3/game/bin and i did the same for the others

Let me try to clarify something:
You can actually ignore the folders of different expansions in the Ultimate Fix. Please use the #crack folder in the Ultimate Fix ONLY. Copy over the content of #crack to the following: C:\Program Files\Origin Games\The Sims3 (since you bought the base game).

Les fichiers du dossier #Crack sont à mettre dans le dossier C:\Program Files(x86)\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin.
Au point où tu en es, copies tous les fichiers des dossiers sauf le dossier Crack, puis recliques sur le Manual Patch.
Puis reprend les fichiers du Crack!

I may be stupid I'm really sorry for that but all my games are in the electronic arts folder... Do I reinstall everything ?
