Sims crashes upon startup.(Also please help with supernatural)

I click on TS3W.exe, it crashes immediately.
Why?
I have all expansions except late night and world adventures.
My laptop is good enough for the game(I played it before)
Everything except Island Paradise and Supernatural were downloaded from G4TW.. But that doens't seem like a problem, I've removed those expansions and it still said the same thing
       
So.. Should I try something or reinstall everything again?
And also, if I will, I'll download everything from G4TW but with supernatural it always asks me for a disk..
And any order is recommended? Thanks everyone who takes their time to answer my question.

Did you apply the latest Ultimate Fix? And, is your game up to date?

It obviously is since I just downloaded all that yesterday.
And the ultimate fix, I'm not sure which crack there to use, since there was no Showtime crack.

Oh, I got it, there is no TS3W, but TS3 instead!
Whenever I click it though it always asks me for a serial code and even though I use generated ones, they never work! Should I rename TS3W to TS3?

 Btw when I downloaded the game there never was a TS3W, only TS3
