ParadiseIsland torrent file error. [SOLVED]

I can't download the torrent file somehow when I try,it's trying to open itself with a hub sharing programme in my pc, ( DC++ somehow)
can i just get the torrent file or i don't know what to do,i use torrent all the time normally this is the first time i get this error

If it's that you can't get it to open into a torrent downloading program, then you need to open up the file location where you saved the torrent, right click it and select 'open with'. Find BitTorrent or whatever other torrent hosting program you use and select it.
